Privately Placed, $85,000 NYT Ad for Ron Paul

My comments on this news:

                                                                                                                                                                  Ron Paul's website www.ronpaul2008.com has a link to "Acclaims."  My favorite acclaim is from one of my most-admired Tennessee congressmen, a staunch ally in the fight to stop mass immigration:

John Duncan, Jr., U.S. Representative (R-TN):  “Congressman Paul is one of the strongest defenders of our constitutional liberties in Congress and I am proud to serve with him.”

But if you have a taste for comedy, the best is from socialist Newsweek contributor Eleanor Clift, who tries to damn by faint praise calling Ron Paul "capitalist of the year." [She refers to the achievement, through no endeavor of his own campaign, that $4.2 million dollars was contributed in small internet donations on Guy Fawks Day, November 5.]
