One trick is that the CHRC's lead investigator used an assumed name to troll patriot and nationalist web sites. In these very sites, still under an assumed name, the CHRC's own investigator planted racist and inflammatory comments.
The racist comments were used to entrap other website users, leading to prosecutions under Canada's hate speech laws. {Example of criminalized speech in Canada : Questioning that 6 million Jews died in the World War II Holocaust or evidence for that number of Jewish dead. By law, 6 million died. Since discussion of the evidence is a criminal offense, truth can never be a defense in this type of case.}
Not only did the CHRC investigator incite illegal speech, he practiced identity theft, or perhaps it should be called broadband theft, from an unknowing internet wireless subscriber.
