33 Conspiracy Theories That Turned Out To Be True, What Every Person Should Know...

My comments on this news:

A NewWorldOrder report states that the "conspiracy theories" described below turned out to be true. I have personal knowledge of only one: The manipulation of US public opinion by allegations of Iraqi crimes in Kuwait, leading to widespread support for the First Gulf War.

As many will recall, a Kuwaiti woman testified to Congress that invading Iraqi Army soldiers had thrown newborn babies out of hospital bassinets. Subsequently [mid-1990s], an account executive for  Hill & Knowlton, a Washington, D.C. advertising firm that I almost engaged to publicise a book, boasted to me that his firm had arranged for the daughter of the Kuwaiti Ambassador to give the false testimony, anonymously.

So I am relatively sure that one example is true.  The final "conspiracy theory" regarding the Federal Reserve has also been well documented. For example, see Griffin's "The Creature from Jekyll Island."

Canadian barrister Ed Corrigan adds the following: "...only one section I would dispute, and that is the section on 'The Report From Iron Mountain' which was written as a satire by one of the editors of The Nation magazine.... However, most of the rest of the Conspiracies have [been] found to be true. I did a quick review and did not see a reference to the assassination of Arch Duke Ferninand of Austria  by Serbian Secret police in 1914 which was the spark that led to World War One. "October Surprise" also merits mention as it is part of the Iran-Contra Affair and I submit that there is considerable evidence to support its factual basis. Operation Northwoods and the Gulf of  Tonkin false attack are of course well documented. The Lavon Affair and the Israeli attack on the USS Liberty [in 1967] also could have been mentioned. The Chinese Freemasons also used their network to overthrow the Dynastic rulers of China and to found the Republic of  China....  there is much food for thought in this list of 33 Conspiracies that turned out to be 'true.'"

The article came to me with high-lighting, which I have not bothered to remove.
