I don't know about John Tanton, with whom I have not spoke for at least 15 years, but I strenuously object to having my name linked to his and to the falsehood about me purveyed in a February 1, 2007 article that recently came to my attention.
I have learned that the writer, SJ Reidhead, blogs on The Pink Flamingo! Anyone heard of this site? Her article was picked up and reprinted by brianakiraWordPress. The Reidhead-Akira statement about me is an absolute lie.
This woman, about whom one has to be increasingly suspicious, objects to her "beloved" Republican Party being taken over by the "far right." I guess she means by people like me who object to Amnesty for 20 million or more illegal aliens, who want to downsize government, who oppose fighting Israel's wars, and who will vigorously campaign against "Bomb, Bomb Iran" McCain in the sad event he becomes the GOP nominee for president.
I am a former Republican who wants to stop mass immigration and wants to withdraw all US troops from the Middle East, Far East, and everywhere else overseas that they are stationed. The money this US Empire costs the taxpayer is draining our capacity to do much needed improvements, maintenance, and humanitarian work here at home. The Republican Party has been stolen from me. It left me, not the other way around.
